Hardware Design Engineer

Role : Hardware Design EngineerSenior RoleMultiple Locations : Open Job description :Roles And Responsibilities :- Develop and implement hardware components and systems, including schematics and PCB layouts.- Conduct thorough testing and validation of Hardware Designs, resolving any issues that arise.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration with software and firmware.- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Hardware Designs, specifications, and test plans.- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in Hardware Design methodologies.- Manage inventory, overseeing procurement and tracking of hardware components.- Engage in discussions and negotiations with manufacturers and distributors.- Facilitate the procurement process for Bill of Materials (BOM) components.- Excellent knowledge of Microcontroller/ Microprocessor based Hardware Design and associated subsystems such as the power supply, I / O interfaces, and communication protocols like UART, SPI, and I2C.- PCB Stackup, Vias and Rules Structure Design.- Basic RF Design Concepts and working.- Designing the most Power-efficient systems.- Block level Architecture design.- Managing inventory and good TH and SMD soldering experience.- Component selection and validation.- Extensive verification of designs.- Should know how to use Basic lab equipment.- Good organizational skills.- Should be able to multitask on multiple development projects and work under tight deadlines.- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Good team player, with strong problem-solving and creative skills.Preferred Expectations :- Proficiency in Altium Design.- High Speed Design like DDR4, HDMI, MIPI.- Past Wearable design experience.- Simulation Tools Hardware/ Software.- RF Antenna Design with maximum efficiency- Flex PCB and Rigid-Flex PCB Design along with Mechatronic design considerations.
