Job Description
ØResponsible for daily administration, meeting and greeting, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints.
ØMaintain high standards of customer services at the Reception desk so that customers’ expectations are consistently exceeded.
ØResponsible for day to day operations of Front Office Department. Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.
Qualifications
ØExcellent verbal and written
communication; analytical and
reasoning skills; well versed with
problem solving techniques.
ØStrong organizational skills.
ØMinimum 1 year of relevant experience
ØKnowledge about Opera would be an advantage.
