JobStars HR Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Guest Relation In-charge. As a Guest Relation In-charge, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position located in Malappuram, Kerala, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a similar Guest relations or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and customer service best practices
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all Guest relations activities within the organization
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Train and supervise Guest relations staff
- Resolve guest issues and conflicts in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Monitor and evaluate guest satisfaction levels and implement improvement strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests
- Assist in planning and organizing events and special functions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance guest experiences and promote company offerings
- Prepare and present reports on Guest relations activities and performance
