SALARY: 15k-50k

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Teaching General Studies Subjects: Conducting classes and delivering lectures on various subjects included in the General Studies paper of the UPSC exam, such as History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Environment, Science and Technology, etc. Ensuring that the content is comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with the UPSC syllabus.

· CSAT Preparation: Providing guidance and coaching for the CSAT paper, which includes areas such as comprehension, interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, analytical ability, decision-making, and problem-solving.

· Curriculum Development: Developing and updating curriculum, study materials, lesson plans, and teaching resources in accordance with the latest UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and requirements. Incorporating innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes.

· Conducting Mock Tests and Assessments: Designing and administering regular mock tests, quizzes, and practice exams to evaluate students' understanding, track their progress, and identify areas for improvement. Providing constructive feedback to students to help them enhance their performance.

· Individualized Coaching: Providing personalized coaching and mentoring to students, addressing their specific learning needs, weaknesses, and strengths. Offering guidance on exam strategies, time management techniques, and effective study habits.

· Language Proficiency: Demonstrating exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi to effectively convey concepts, facilitate discussions, and interact with students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues, academic coordinators, and management to coordinate curriculum delivery, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the institution

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
