Job Designation: Growth Manager ( IT Sales )


Job Description :

Creativefuel, a dynamic advertisement company, is in search of an experienced Growth Manager with a Proven track record & work experience in IT staffing, hourly project management and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, strong sales acumen, and a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets consistently. In addition, this individual will have experience in process building and implementation, with the ability to develop and optimise sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.


Responsibilities:


1. Client Meetings:

  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their brand, objectives, and technical needs.
  • Effectively communicate Creativefuel's services and value proposition.

2. Sales Strategy Development :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the IT sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions to address them.
  • Lead the sales team in meeting and exceeding targets, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

4. Process Building and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement processes to streamline sales operations and optimise resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the sales organization.
  • Process building and implementation, with a focus on developing scalable and efficient sales processes.

5. Proposal and Negotiation:

  • Prepare detailed proposals outlining services, timelines, and costs.
  • Negotiate Agreements and terms to secure successful partnerships.

6. Lead Conversion:

  • Implement effective lead conversion strategies to turn potential clients into closed deals.
  • Track and manage the IT sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

7. Collaboration with IT Team:

  • Work closely with the creative IT Team to effectively communicate about the requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and services deliverables.

8.Initiatives:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, tools, and methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the sales organization.





Requirements: .


  • Minimum 3 years of successful experience in IT sales, with a Proven track record & work experience in IT staffing, hourly project management.
  • Proficiency in self-team building and leadership, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing IT sales team.
  • Experience in process building and implementation, with a focus on developing scalable and efficient IT sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
