This role is based in India and leads the Global statutory & Compliance teams and key Record to Report activities including, month end close, payroll/pensions financial control, intercompany (balance sheet & P&L) control, Property financial control and outsourced partner management.
Key deliverables include:
- Monthly BYD and BPC close process and timetable;
- Daily mgmt. of the outsourced R2R service provider Infosys
- Ensure global payroll and pension key financial controls are managed;
- Ensure all pension and payroll liabilities and promptly dealt with;
- Subsidiary entity close process managed monthly, VAT and With holding tax filings returns are processed and paid and reconciled monthly;
- Group wide compliance timetable maintained and adhered to;
- Entity audits are completed in accordance with the compliance timetable
- Team management
- Group month end management.

- External audit relationship management
Other:
- Collaboration across the finance team for all group related matters (e.g. Treasury, Tax, Risk and Controls, S&C, FP&A and stream finance, M&A
- Ownership of the Group's GL control environment
- Ownership of the Group GL and reconciliations
- Primary owner of the Group's ERP and financial reporting toolkit
