Raintree Family Office was set up in 2017 by the family of Leena Dandekar to manage the family's investments by creating a diverse, robust and balanced portfolio to ensure sustainedstable growth. The family office invests in sustainable growth through investments in ESG and impact alternative assets.
The family office also has two affiliates; Raintree Foundation has been set up to deliver the family’s philanthropic impact, and Elephant in the Room Consulting is a for-profit start-up formental health.
As the philanthropic arm of Raintree Family Office, Raintree Foundation leverages catalytic philanthropy to strengthen the development ecosystem and amplify impact. The Foundation pools together a mix of resources from the ecosystem to develop successful and scalable programs and solutions to address India’s chronic social and environmental issues. It strives to co-create these programs along with leading non-profit organizations, technical experts, governments, and the community.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of design projects, including newsletters, brochures, banners, posters, presentation templates, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, emailers and web pages.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Continuously innovate and improve design processes, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Indesign), Figma, or other similar tools.
- Proficiency with photo-editing and video-editing software
- Photography experience would be ideal.
- Basic proficiency in the Marathi language is a must
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, with a focus on visual storytelling, typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Good communication and excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to presentideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical users.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.

Key Skills: Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, UI UX Design understanding, Canva,
Adobe Premiere or similar (basic knowledge).
