Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for websites, marketing materials, and social media content
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for various projects, including promotional videos, social media content, and training videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that align with brand standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance design and video projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and technologies in graphic design and video editing.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design and video work.
- Conceptualize visuals and video content based on project requirements.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create graphics and layouts.
- Trim, splice, and rearrange footage to create visually compelling video content.
- Add and synchronize audio, voice-overs, and sound effects to enhance the videos.
- Apply visual effects, color correction, and other enhancements to improve video quality.
- Test graphics and videos across various media to ensure compatibility and quality.
- Manage and organize design files, video footage, and assets.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs and edited videos.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for graphic design work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for video editing work.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Solid understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies in graphic design and video editing
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to life through creative designs and edited videos.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain design files, video footage, and assets
