Key job responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute designs for print, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Stay updated on design trends and integrate them into the creative process.
- Conduct quality control checks on design deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
Required skills & experience:
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- 5+ years of experience in IT industry
- Excellent English communication abilities for both remote and U.S.-based interactions.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role, including demonstrated experience working with a US-based company on multiple projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
- Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies, familiar with U.S. business culture and communication norms.
- High level of design conceptualization.
- Creative and strategic approach to visual communication.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), PowerPoint for presentation beautification, and MS Word.
