Job description

Responsibilities· Develop and produce high-quality visual assets including but not limited to infographics, presentations, marketing collateral, digital and print materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.· Attend quarterly newsletter meetings, proposing content ideas and documenting meeting minutes (MOM) to circulate in the chat group. Send timely reminders to stakeholders regarding content submissions. Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to craft the newsletter design. Seek approval from the COO before final release. Develop HTML Mailer and dispatch it using a designated email address.· Work closely with the Sales team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, translating concepts into visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audience.· Bring fresh ideas and innovative design concepts to the table, contributing to brainstorming sessions and offering creative input for various campaigns and projects.· Maintain and uphold brand identity and visual standards across all materials, ensuring consistency and cohesion with the corporate brand guidelines.· Develop high-quality, engaging content for multiple channels, including but not limited to, website copy, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and marketing collateral.· Discuss requirements with SDMs and craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate our brand values, initiatives, and key messages to diverse audiences.· Research and identify key certifications focused on brand alignment, encompassing areas such as brand strategy, brand management, and brand communication.· Align certification efforts with overarching marketing strategies and business goals, ensuring that certified skills contribute directly to brand consistency and market competitiveness.· Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content strategies and maintain relevancy.· Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.· Implement SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and reach across digital platforms.· Contribute to the development and management of editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with marketing campaigns and company objectives.· Stay updated with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative content ideas and strategies.· Create and edit high-quality video content for various purposes including, but not limited to, promotional videos, product demonstrations, explainer videos, and corporate communications.· Develop animations, motion graphics, and visual effects that elevate storytelling and enhance video content.· Collaborate with sales teams to conceptualize and storyboard video concepts that align with brand objectives and marketing strategies.· Edit raw footage to produce polished, professional videos, ensuring seamless transitions, audio integration, and visual consistency.· Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to execute animation and video editing tasks efficiently.· Review and refine video content to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and adherence to brand standards.· Conceptualize, design, and develop visually compelling and responsive websites that reflect our brand image and effectively communicate our corporate message.· Ensure seamless user experiences by implementing intuitive navigation, user-friendly interfaces, and responsive design principles across all web platforms.· Code and implement web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.· Collaborate with content creators and Graphic Designers to integrate engaging visuals, multimedia elements, and written content into the website design.· Monitor website performance using Google and analytics and implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and ensure optimized content for search engines.· Regularly update and maintain websites, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement necessary updates or improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.​· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, HR, and IT, to align web design and development with overall marketing strategies and corporate goals.· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals, identifying key objectives, target audience, and performance metrics.· Lead the creation of engaging and relevant content across social media platforms, monitoring content calendars, and ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.· Monitor all social media channels and respond to employees who have recently joined or expressed interest in joining Excis.· Create and post social media content after securing approval from the Global Sales Director or CEO.· Develop videos or graphics for festive greetings and share them with approval from the Global Sales Director or CEO.· Collaborate with the HR team to address their content and design requirements.· Manage all website and social media credentials as a custodian.· Collaborate with the IT team to create SaaS-based applications.· Maintain the existing applications previously designed by the webmaster.· Determine the frequency of changes required for the applications.· Receive and implement requests from relevant departments within the applications.· Design wallpapers based on IT needs or personal ideas. Seek approval from the IT head and delegate implementation to the respective team members.· Assist the IT team in crafting HTML mailers using HTML and CSS. Obtain approval from the IT head and pass on the code to the relevant team member for release.· Keep the marketing tracker updated and present it during the weekly meetings with the Global Sales Director and Sales Account Manager.· Monitor rating changes on Glassdoor.com and Ambitionbox.com consistently. Regularly post photos and ensure all data is updated periodically.​
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field2-4 years of experience in graphic designProficient in Adobe Creative SuiteStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsPortfolio of work
