Senior Graphic Designer play a key role in driving the creative vision of the organization, producing impactful designs, and ensuring the visual representation of the brand is consistent, engaging, and aligned with business objectives. Your expertise, leadership, and creativity will be essential in elevating the overall design quality and contributing to the success of the company’s marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Lead and contribute to the conceptualization and creation of visually appealing and innovative designs for various marketing collateral, including digital and print materials. Create and design various collateral materials for print and digital media.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Time and Resource Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and effectively allocating resources to meet project requirements.
- Problem Solving: Analyze design challenges and propose creative solutions that effectively communicate the intended message or concept.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
- Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
Key skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design (Online & Offline Media)
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Corel Draw and other graphic design software
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects & Excellent eye for detail
- Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

Qualifications for Graphic Designer: Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, and communications. (Preferably BFA/ MFA)
