Location : Mohali
Reporting Manager : Group Chief Sales Officer
Qualifications : B Tech + MBA - (Sales & Marketing/International Business ) from Tier 1 - IIM , IIFT, NMIMS, SIBM, SCMHRD, XIMB etc.
Nature of Industry : Ortho aids/Medical devices/FMCG / Foods / Beverages / Pharma / Consumer Goods
- Experience in the relevant industry 10 years
- Technical competency & Responsibilities
- Develop winning Go to Market strategies
- Sales & Distribution Planning & Execution
- Develop New Product Development Strategy and Ensure successful launch of new products
- Should have handled Exports above 100 Crore
- Good Understanding of Management tools
- Must have handled a team of 10- 20 members in the past
- Skillful in Hiring Local People
- Desired markets worked - South East Asia/Middle East/Africa
- Must have In depth knowledge and exposure of at least 20 Countries
- Hands on Knowledge of Foreign trade & registration process of all countries
- Should have close relations with at least 100 dealers in the desired markets
