WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for graphic design and 3D work. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital, 3D and print forms.
Responsibilities:
- To work on the designs and sampling of New Styles
- Coordinate with production units to ensure timely and accurate execution of garment orders
- Efficiently organize and procure raw materials in accordance with production schedules
- Conduct regular inspections at different stages of production to identify and address any quality issues
- Provide daily updates and reports to higher management on the progress of ongoing projects
- Communicate any challenges, deviations, or potential risks in a timely and transparent manner
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of various types of sports wear fabrics
- Knowledge and understanding of costing
- Knowledge and understanding of production
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Salary: Approx 3,00,000 PA - 3,75,000 PA
