Responsibilities
• Create and design graphics, logos, banners, brochures, and other visual elements• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop innovative design concepts• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet the project requirements• Retouch and enhance images to improve their quality and visual appeal• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and deliver high-quality designs• Use graphic design software and tools effectively
Requirements
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role• Proficient in Graphic Design, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs• Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
