1. Creating detailed, comprehensive, and wellstructured test plans and test cases
2. Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities
3. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
4. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
5. Monitor the debugging process results
6. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
7. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
8. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to drive QA efforts
