Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our Founders Office as a Strategy & Operations specialist in the e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and operational excellence. This position reports directly to the founders and requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and operational expertise.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the founders to develop and refine the company's overall strategic direction in the e-commerce industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end operational processes within the e-commerce space, including supply chain, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational initiatives.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against established timelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Performance Metrics and Analysis:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations and track performance against targets.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, finance, and customer support.
- Act as a liaison between the founders and various departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from IIT/NIT/IIM
- Proven experience in e-commerce strategy and operations, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
