We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Face-to-Face Fundraiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our cause and skilled in engaging with the public in various settings, including streets, shopping centers, and events, to secure direct donations.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with individuals in public spaces to raise awareness and funds for our organization.
Clearly communicate the mission, vision, and objectives of our cause to inspire support.
Process donations securely and efficiently, ensuring donor information is handled with confidentiality.
Meet or exceed specified fundraising targets through effective face-to-face interactions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, donations, and feedback.
Requirements:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to handle rejections.
Strong commitment to ethical fundraising practices.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
No prior fundraising experience required; training will be provided.
