Fund Raising Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Banking Relations and Fundraising:

• Develop and nurture relationships with banks and NBFCs to secure funds aligning with organizational requirements.

• Manage the end-to-end process of fund procurement, from application to disbursement, ensuring compliance with regulations.

2. Financial Reporting and MIS:

• Prepare comprehensive MIS reports highlighting key financial metrics, funding status, and forecasting models.

• Analyze financial data, generate insights, and present findings to support strategic decision-making.

3. Forecasting and Planning:

• Conduct detailed financial forecasting to predict trends, evaluate risks, and identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial projections with operational plans.

4. Banking Experience and Compliance:

• Utilize expertise in Excel to streamline financial data analysis, reporting, and presentation.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies in all banking and funding activities.

5. NBFC/Bank Handling Experience:

• Demonstrate prior experience handling financial matters within an NBFC or bank, understanding their operational nuances and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA in Finance preferred).

• 4 of experience in finance management roles, specifically handling fund procurement from banks or NBFCs.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and MIS preparation.

• Proven track record of forecasting accuracy and strategic financial planning.

• Ability to communicate complex financial insights effectively.
