Responsibilities:
1. Banking Relations and Fundraising:
- Develop and nurture relationships with banks and NBFCs to secure funds aligning with organizational requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end process of fund procurement, from application to disbursement, ensuring compliance with regulations.
2. Financial Reporting and MIS:
- Prepare comprehensive MIS reports highlighting key financial metrics, funding status, and forecasting models.
- Analyze financial data, generate insights, and present findings to support strategic decision-making.
3. Forecasting and Planning:
- Conduct detailed financial forecasting to predict trends, evaluate risks, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial projections with operational plans.
4. Banking Experience and Compliance:
- Utilize expertise in Excel to streamline financial data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies in all banking and funding activities.
5. NBFC/Bank Handling Experience:
- Demonstrate prior experience handling financial matters within an NBFC or bank, understanding their operational nuances and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA in Finance preferred).
- 4 of experience in finance management roles, specifically handling fund procurement from banks or NBFCs.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and MIS preparation.
- Proven track record of forecasting accuracy and strategic financial planning.
- Ability to communicate complex financial insights effectively.
