Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with the Managing Director regarding Sales queries/referrals/leads and present/monitor the follow up schedule.
2. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
3. Prepare and give after-sales support on a periodical basis.
4. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
5. Compile the complaints from customers.
6. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
7. Coordinate and track after-sales processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
8. Escalate to the Managing Director any unforeseen delays or problems.
