- Design & Develop solutions for a business problem
- Ownership of the implementation (estimation, breakdown of tasks) for business functional specifications through the full software development lifecycle.
- Ownership of maintenance and support issues as they come up during the project lifecycle pre and post go-live. Provide technical assistance to other teams – support, QA, business analysis.
- Ability to work with remote team in a geographically distributed development model.
- Evaluate, apply & adoption of new technologies and tools within the Development team and across the organization to provide productivity, efficiency, and scalability benefits.
- Collaborate and share technical and business knowledge to members of the Development and wider organization.
- Developing features to enhance the user experience
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout the designs
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Expertise in Angular 2 and above version with at least 3+ years of working experiences
- Strong and hands-on experience on HTML5, CSS, SCSS
- Experience with Object Oriented JavaScript and jQuery
- Able to create and design complete UI from the scratch using HTML/CSS partials
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Hands-on Experience in writing & optimizing the type-script code
- Hand-on experience on styling frameworks like bootstrap, Angular material etc. Hand-on experience on media queries, mixins etc.
- Hands-on knowledge in Unit Testing FW like Karma/Jasmine.
- Add-Ons:
o Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like LESS/SASS is a plus
o Knowledge of third-party utility libraries like PrimeNg, lodash, High charts, redux is a plus.
o Familiarity with product management tool like JIRA
The candidate should also possess hands-on working knowledge of BE technologies:
- Expertise/ hands-on in Core Java 8/ Java EE skills including design patterns.
- Hands-on Experience in developing microservices using Spring Boot and other Spring components viz. JDBC, Batch, Security, Spring Data etc.
- Experience in using messaging tools like Active MQ, SQS, SNS, Kafka etc
- Hands on experience in writing & optimizing (analysing query plans) SQL queries on Database like PostgreSQL.
- Experience in handling Multithreading, Data Structures, concurrency scenarios.
- Practical experience with Rest APIs, XML, JAXB, JSON in creating a layered system.
- Hands on experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle & Version Control systems like SVN & GIT.
- Experience with latest version of Java is desirable.
- Experience with CI tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD is desirable.
- Experience in using AWS Services like AWS Lambda, AWS CloudWatch, Api Gateway, ECS, ECR, SQS, SNS is preferred.
- Hands on experience with Application Servers (Tomcat, WildFly).
- Comfortable working with both UNIX/Linux and Windows environment.
