The R&D – Software DevelopmentTeam    

Qlik is looking for aFull Stackengineer who is passionate about collaborating with great people, solving new problems, frontend development and building an awesome software product following industry’s best practice that delight our customers.  If you have a track record of predictably delivering high quality, innovative, user-friendly software products and you are looking for a new challenge, this is a great opportunity to work with a high-profile team.    

This opportunity is a Full stack developer role with primary focus on Frontend and UI development with scope of backend development.    

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:    

• Develop cross platform and cross browser features.
• Collaborate with peers to design and build new features at cloud-scale.
• Building responsive pages/layouts and components
• Always strive for fully automated solutions and high-quality code.
• Analyzing requirements for new features and give appropriate estimations.
• Participating in the planning for future work with the team.

Skills and qualifications for this role include:    

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science (or equivalent).
• Overall 5+ years of experience with minimum of 3 years of UI development experience and 1-2 years of backend development experience, preferably in product development teams.
• Hands on ReactJS, Redux and Material UI
• Hands on experience in web technologies like HTML 4/5, CSS 2/3, JavaScript (ES6) & AJAX
• Hands on experience in at least one Backend technology – Golang, node.js, Java.
• Hands on experience in writing Unit Tests using RTL, Jest, Sinon, Mocha or similar.
• Familiarity with design patterns, data structures and algorithms
• Experience in building reusable components
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Docker & Kubernetes.
• Good to have knowledge in databases.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• An understanding and appreciation of the purpose and the practices of dev-ops and agile; accompanied with the skills to deliver reliably and effectively on a sprint cadence.
• Ability to learn, work with and apply multiple technologies to solve real customer problems and keep yourself up to date with best practices in development and know when to push and when to cooperate in getting them implemented in a large organization.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal skills, and ability to work across geographically dispersed teams.
