Position:- Fulfillment Manager, Operations

Role & Responsibilities
1. Manage and streamlined operations of all fulfillment center
2. Visit and follow-up with hubs to ensure all measuring KPIs are met
3. Ensuring TAT control for various stage of fulfillment center
4. Controlling inventory and cyclic inventory counting
5. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
6. Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
7. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
8. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
9. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
10. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Previous Experience of managing complete Fulfillment center for E-commerce of Delivery companies FC (Fulfillment Center/warehouse/Inventory) is must
