Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Front Office Staff or similar role in a hospital setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using MS Office and computer applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Understanding of medical terminology and hospital procedures is a plus
