A skilled and self-motivated candidate at associate level, who will work early shift (start from 7:30am Beijing time) and be responsible to perform client reporting, and query management to ensure BAU delivery to meet the requirement.

What you will be responsible for:
- Work in APAC hours and process customized client reports for APAC region
- Take care of various queries from clients and RMs
- Identify opportunities of process improvement
- Communicate with different stakeholders with geographic difference.
- Retain motivation in learning business and technology knowledge

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- University degree
- English language skill on reading and writing
- At lease two years’ experience from a financial service environment
