Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a pleasant personality to join our team and skillfully manage the front desk operations and office administration.
As a front-line employee, your role will be extremely crucial to us and will involve ensuring improved guest relations and the smooth functioning of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall front desk operation and extend support to administration as per requirement.
- Ensure availability of Front Office supplies or stationaries, and manage inventory.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls.
- Generate reports and keep updated records of office expenses.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative activities.
- Receive, sort and distribute deliveries or mail.
- Greet guests and visitors with a positive attitude and assist them as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years in front desk and guest handling.
- A Bachelors Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management would be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance with a pleasing personality.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
This role is based in Kolkata.
