We are seeking a passionate and skilled Front-End Developer with a mastery of both JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS/SCSS to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the entire front-end development lifecycle, from translating design mockups into pixel-perfect user interfaces to writing clean and maintainable code. You will work closely with designers and back-End Developers to ensure our web applications are not only visually stunning but also functional, accessible, and performant.
Candidate must be able to work a shift schedule from 9 am to 5 pm ET, Monday through Friday, in our office in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh or Faridabad, Haryana.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate effectively with designers and back-End Developers to deliver high-quality products
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
- Actively contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Maintain a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work
Work with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Developing and maintaining high-quality, responsive web applications using TypeScript, Nuxt, Vue.js, and React
- Writing clean, modular, and well-documented code
- Utilizing unit testing frameworks to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Staying up-to-date with the latest JavaScript and TypeScript features and best practices
Work with CSS/SCSS
- Designing and implementing user interfaces using CSS and SCSS, focusing on accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
- Creating consistent and reusable CSS components for efficient code organization
- Utilizing advanced CSS techniques like animation, transitions, and grid layout
- Implementing SCSS variables, mixins, and functions for modularity and maintainability
- Crafting pixel-perfect visual representations of design mockups
- Staying up-to-date with the latest CSS trends and methodologies
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Master-level knowledge of CSS and SCSS
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices
- Experience with component-based CSS architectures like BEM or SMACSS
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with individuals in dispersed locations
