Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Representative at Space 5 located in Amritsar. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for various receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling client meetings with the director, and providing excellent client service daily. The Front Desk Representative must also ensure efficient communication between different departments and management. Qualifications & Requirements Greet and welcome the clients, employees and contractors Strong interpersonal, and communication skills and charming personality Experience in handling phone calls and following proper phone etiquette Knowledge of receptionist/Front Desk Representative duties Excellent customer/client service skills Basics of Microsoft Office Suite and other office technology High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus Salary & Benefits Salary up to 25,000/- Sunday Fixed Off Day Shift (9.30 am : 6.30 am)
