Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located at Khar, Mumbai for a Front Desk Receptionist at MYB Aesthetics. Women are preferred. Your duties as Receptionist will include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling & following-up appointments & leads, maintaining a stock register, manage social media and performing other administrative tasks as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere in our reception area, and you will play an important role in ensuring that our clients and guests have a positive experience when they visit our office. Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve independently Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the aesthetic industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems to keep records. High school diploma or GED.Certification in office administration, medical administration, or related fields is advantageous. Working knowledge of general administrative practices.Good telephone etiquette. People with 1-2 years experience in similar job role will be preferred Salary Offered : 18-20k/ month based on interview
