The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing phone calls and inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical duties such as data entry and filing. Qualifications Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills Receptionist Duties experience Strong clerical skills, including data entry and filing Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi languages Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of phone calls and inquiries Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills Relevant degree/diploma in Office Administration, Receptionist, or related field
