Role Overview: We are in search of a dynamic Freelance Community Manager who excels at networking and possesses a keen understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing. As a pivotal role within our marketing strategy, this individual performer will be instrumental in developing and nurturing a trusted network of affiliates and a member-led community. This freelance role is perfect for someone who is a natural at building relationships and is looking to make a significant impact on brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build and expand our community of influencers and affiliate partners.
- Network and establish strong relationships with potential affiliates, influencers, and community members to foster a sense of trust and loyalty.
- Organize and participate in community events and initiatives to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Serve as the brand ambassador, ensuring brand consistency in tone and messaging across all community interactions.
- Monitor and analyse community trends for advice, strategy adjustments and opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights to the marketing team on community feedback, preferences, and behaviour to guide marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to align community building efforts with overall brand goals and objectives.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 – 8 years of proven experience in the community management, influencer outreach, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with influencers and community members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear messaging.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while executing detailed community initiatives.
- Passion for brand building and a deep understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem.
