Role Description
This is a freelance position on-site role for a Camera operators at The Metaverse Street Journal located in Bandra Kurla Complex, Kalina, Mumbai.
The Camera Operator will be responsible for camera management, broadcast management, live setup management.
Qualifications:
- Ability to use Canon XA60, Canon XA40 and Canon 1500D
- Ability to use Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro
- Strong skills in Camera Operations
- Experience as a Camera Operator in broadcast journalism
- A deep understanding of Camera Management
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team of reporters, producers, and camera crew
- A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Broadcasting, or related field in beneficial but NOT mandatory
- Previous experience in news broadcasting as a Camera Operator would be beneficial
- Knowledge of current events, politics, and social issues would be desired
