Shift timings: Shift D: 6.30 PM to 3.00 AM shift (North America – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
· 8 - 10 years of relevant FP&A experience
· Ability to work independently on executive presentations, logical reasoning, trend analysis and financial modelling, scenario analysis capability
· Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity within a complex organization across a variety of functions and across various level of management
· Possesses a growth mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo and try new approaches
· Demonstrated strength and ability to design and implement processes and standards
· Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Preferably a resource who has partnered with different geographies
· Act as the ‘Finance business partner’ for leadership/Stakeholders/Business partners etc.

· Asset management background is preferred
· CA/CPA/CFA/ MBA in Finance
Responsibilities
· Data aggregation – supporting MD, develop a strategy to evolve/enhance processes to aggregate key data
· Controls over financial reporting (second) – Control checker of management reporting results such as QBR, Strategic Plan, Budgeting & Forecasting, etc.
· Balance sheet/ Cash flow forecasting – support build and maintenance of balance sheet projections & treasury forecasting and on-going reporting.
· Quarterly production process – Tableau visuals back-up/ 2nd line review of visuals produced.
· Key deliverables submissions: KPIs/OSFI/Risk Appetite/Phantom Shares/Capital Raising Institutional Marketing Team/Filing on CAS.
· Financial Forecasts / Business and Strategic Plan development of plan timelines (strategic/business plan); co-ordination of key meetings required; track action items & help to address; aggregation/analytics support; and communication of key guidance; support financial modeling and “what if” analysis as required
· AAM – On -boarding and recurring management reporting build out and support
· Ad-hoc – outside of regular processes or standard projects
