Functional Responsibilities
*Responsible for Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasting, analyzing and publishing monthly results with appropriate Causes of Change (CoC).
*Deep dive into spend data using data analysis and visualization tools to find cause impact
*Prepare and present monthly cost reports to Business Towers
*Partner with teams on Annual Operating Plan , submission of monthly forecast, identify and report risks and opportunities with intention to forecast better. Sign-up for goals on forecast effectiveness metrics.
*Focus on standardization and Automation with intention to automate routine tasks and cratr whitespace for new analytics
*Work on dashboards using Power BI / Tableau
Key Skills & experience
*MBA or CA / CA Inter with experience of working in Core FP&A function
*Strong financial & analytical acumen
*7+ years of experience and practical exposure in some of the following roles: Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance
*Sound knowledge of Financial systems/Tools (SAP, Power BI, MS Office and Altreyx)
*Ability to provide thought-leadership and business partnership to a cross functional team
*Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
*Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization.
*Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
*Ability to work remotely with customers in different locations
