Address- 0.5 – 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Good knowledge/experience in pushing apps to App Store
- Writing performant code, good eye for UI/UX patterns
- Ability to write re-usable, error free code
- Good knowledge and experience with OOP and Design Patterns
- Ability to write error free code
- Ability to understand requirements in a deep way
- Strong tendency to learn new technologies and frameworks
- Experience in Source Code Control
- Experience in pushing code to production
- Good communication skills

Qualification
All non-designer roles will require the following traits:
- Familiar or comfortable with data-structures, algorithms, design and architectural patterns
- Strong problem solving ability
- Possess good development practices(Source code control, unit testing etc.)
- Owing a feature end to end when required
- Focussing on customer need, product vision and business priorities
- Ability to question assumptions and think through problem or solution
- Completely hands-on technology skills, we do not practice Excel or PowerPoint based technical work
- And no, we do not care about educational qualification if your technical skills are in place.
