Responsibilities :
- Lead the on-ground delivery partner fleet, ensuring a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Utilize interpersonal and problem-solving skills to tackle on-ground challenges effectively.
- Conduct resource planning based on demand and availability to optimize Fleet Operations.
- Implement and reinforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through field training sessions for delivery partners.
- Drive central initiatives aimed at scaling on-ground operations efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the delivery partner fleet, soliciting feedback and insights to continually improve operations.
Requirements :

- Previous experience in early-stage startups or a track record of successfully navigating uncharted territory.
- Skilled at working collaboratively with large blue-collar teams.
