Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive/Senior Executive in Financial Planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new clients, creating personalized financial plans, discussing various financial scenarios, and ensuring the smooth implementation and review of financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals.
A. Key Responsibilities (KPIs):
1)Approach to Leads for Financial Planning Fee
2)Create & Discuss Personalized Financial Plan
3)Create and Discuss "What If Scenarios" on Financial Plans
4)Implementation and Review of Financial Plans
B. Key Result Areas (KRAs):
1. Acquisition:
- Achieve targets for acquiring new clients for financial planning services.
- Proactively engage in lead generation activities and networking to expand the client base.
2. Advice:
- Measure the effectiveness of financial planning in clients' financial lives based on their feedback and outcomes.
- Continuously strive to improve the quality and impact of financial advice provided to clients.
3. Alive:
- Ensure high persistence in renewal fees by delivering value-added services and maintaining strong
relationships with clients.
- Increase the reference rate for new clients through satisfied client referrals and positive word-of-mouth.
C. Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree or Professional Course in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field like Chartered Accountants, Chartered Financial Analyst etc.
- Professional certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CWM (Chartered Wealth Manager) or Valid Certification from NISM Series-X-A & Series X-B.
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and delivering personalized financial plans.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
