Job Description:
We are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join the Wealth team at FINTOO. In this capacity, you will engage with discerning inbound HNI & Ultra HNI clients . Your main job is to help people understand FINTOO's Portfolio Management Service in various Financial Products. You'll be guiding clients to make good investment choices, and then you'll need to get them to become FINTOO's clients.
What you will work on:
- Schedule video meetings with potential clients where you will review client's portfolio holdings and give your expert suggestions on if their holdings is aligned with the market.
- Interact and convert these high-intent clients into investing in our portfolio products.
- Have good knowledge of the overall markets and use those points in your conversations with clients.
- Evaluate customer requirements and asset distribution, and actively initiate communication with the customer to confirm a thorough comprehension of their financial needs and future wealth management objectives.
- Showcase FINTOO's portfolio management approach of fund selection, investment strategies, risk management and guide them on future investments.
- Maintain good relationships with your existing clients for investing more into different products which we offer.
What we expect:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to articulate complex topics seamlessly to clients.
- High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
- Thorough knowledge of financial products like mutual fund, stocks, bonds and portfolio management service
- Must have high ownership on performance
- Proficient in MS-Excel
- Prior experience preferred in sales, financial services or banks
Education & Certifications:
- MBA in Finance
- CA/CFA is preferred
- NISM VA and XXIA certificates (Required with-in 30 days of joining)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory services, with a solid track record of client acquisition and retention.
