Responsibilities:
1) Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Implement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide regular financial analysis and insights to senior management.
2) Procurement and Vendor Management Oversight:
- Implement financial controls to prevent leakage in procurement.
- Collaborate with the procurement team for cost-effective and transparent vendor transactions.
3) Cost Management:
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors for cost optimization.
- Analyze procurement data for cost-saving opportunities.
4) Contract Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with financial terms in vendor contracts.
- Develop and maintain a system for monitoring vendor performance.
5) Vendor Risk Management:
- Assess and manage financial risks associated with key vendors.
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure vendor stability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA/CA/CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
