We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Role: Data Analyst
Role Responsibilities
- Reviewing and updating tickets in ServiceNow
- Utilize Data analysis tools and techniques like Microsoft Excel
- Assess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients appropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve data anomalies.
- Ensuring all end user tickets are closed correctly and have associated tags linked to the tickets.
- Comparing multiple data sources to identify data anomalies and process gaps.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate or higher level of knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations and conflict resolution
- Active communicator
- Must be able to work both collaboratively and independently and take initiative to identify, track, and resolve issues
- Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking
- Experience working on virtual teams
Preferences
- Experience working in ServiceNow
- Excellent hands on troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working in a managed services environment
- Working knowledge of service desk and field service operations a plus
