Field Service Engineering Team Leader

Description

Position responsibilities will include:

• Operating as Team Leader for a team of Service Engineers and Technicians for delivering warranty, service, spare parts, and solutions
• Assisting with capacity planning, performance management and professional development of service team
• Ensure technical expertise in section is developed/adjusted to meet future business requirements.
• Providing warranty services in India for Existing Service Installed Base.
• Managing service requirements for HVDC warranty, services & spare parts
• Assisting with quotation of spare parts, service, hotline and small projects.
