Job Overview
We are searching for a Female Real Estate Telecaller to join our team at Amosta Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a Real Estate Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our Real estate services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in South Delhi, East of Kailash, Delhi, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative in the Real estate industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong persuasive and convincing abilities
- Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude
- Good knowledge of the local Real estate market in South Delhi, Delhi, India
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and systems
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Fluent English communications required

Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers by phone and email to promote our Real estate services
- Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable properties
- Provide accurate information about properties and their features, prices, and other related details
- Maintain a database of potential and existing customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure sales
- Keep abreast of the Real estate market trends and developments
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team goals
