Greeting and assisting clients in store.
Giving Suggestions to Clients for all functions what will look best for them
Managing all the aspects of the sales process from start to finish i.e. handling client enquiries, taking client orders, taking clients\" measurements,frequently communicating order status to the client, coordinating dispatch, delivery and providing after-sales service to the client.
Managing client queries & providing end-to-end solutions for the same
Work closely with the production team for gathering updates on client orders, quality checks and timely delivery
. Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in fields related to design
1-2 vears of work experience in a Store
Experience working with a Fashion house/brand
Strong communication skills
Understanding of inventory stocking procedures
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
Knowledge of customer. service
Positive attitude
Organisational skills

Salary: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
