MissionWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photographer with a passion for fashion and lifestyle photography. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong narrative approach, and the ability to capture stories that resonate with our audience. You will work closely with our creative team to develop and execute photography concepts that align with our brand identity. ResponsibilitiesPhotography and Visual StorytellingExecute high-quality fashion and lifestyle photography that aligns with our brand's vision.Bring creativity and narrative depth to every photoshoot, ensuring each image tells a compelling story. Creative CollaborationCollaborate with the creative director, stylists, and marketing teamto conceptualize and execute photo shoots that align with campaign objectives and brand aesthetics.Engage in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for shoots. Post-Processing and EditingPerform post-processing and editing tasks to ensure the final images meet brand standards and artistic expectations.Maintain a consistent look and feel across all images in line with our brand identity. Project ManagementManage photography projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Coordinate logistics for shoots, including location scouting, model casting, and equipment requirements. Brand and Audience UnderstandingDevelop a deep understanding of the Aliens Tattoo brand, our values, and our target audience.Ensure that all photography work resonates with our audience and reinforces our brand identity. Quality Control and ConsistencyUphold high standards of quality and consistency in all photographic content.Regularly review and update photographic techniques to stay in line with industry standards and brand evolution. Collaboration with External PartiesWork with external partners, including agencies and freelancers, ensuring they align with and effectively contribute to the brand vision. Qualifications8+ years proven experience in fashion and lifestyle photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing narrative depth and artistic quality.Proficiency in digital photography, lighting techniques, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative teams and external partners.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinking and problem solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.Flexibility to travel and work in varied environments and conditions.
