Roles and Responsibilities
- Export Merchandising for the workwear and safety garments range
2. Will Study and Develop strategies for order process, sample development till dispatch
3. Will identify the business development oppertunity with maintaing active interaction with buyers.
4. Make reports, data, and Business plans and discuss it with management
5. Will analyze upcoming market trend, analysis of data to mitigate any potential risk
6. Coordinate with various departments: Production, Operations and other related departments for smooth flow of business
7. Make effective roadmaps for international fairs for company participations
8. Liaison with govt. and related departments for the smooth functioning of work
Education & qualification:
1. 5 to 15yrs of experience as a Export Merchandising and Marketing profile
2. Expereince in same product category will be an added advantage
3. MBA in Sales & Marketing or related degree from a reputed institution
4. Excellent communication and convincing personality
