Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
2. Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
3. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and maximize ROI.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales, product development, and customer success initiatives.
5. Build and maintain strong brand positioning and identity in the market.
6. Lead market research efforts to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
7. Cultivate a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the marketing team, fostering creativity and risk-taking to drive results.
8. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
9.Provide regular performance reports and analysis to executive leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights.
10. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience (9+ years) in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the edtech industry or skill tech sector.
3. Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
4. Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resulted in revenue growth and increased market share.
5. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
6. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
7. Solid understanding of market research and competitive analysis methodologies.
8. Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
10. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
