Summary
- Design and develop effective Transport processes and systems.
- To ensure that the process as laid down is followed.
- Control and monitoring is exercised during shuttle services, spot rental, airport transfers & regular employee pickups and drops.
- Over all in charge of Daily operations for Transport
- Manage the transport team
- Vendor management from operational perspective
- Regular interaction with the employees through formal and informal meetings for improvement in transport services and handle employee escalations
- Adherence to SLA's by vendor including statutory and non-statutory compliance
- Ensure Vendor / Operational and Management reports are submitted and shared on daily basis
Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Design and develop effective Transport processes and systems.
- To ensure that the process as laid down is followed.
- Control and monitoring is exercised during shuttle services, spot rental, airport transfers & regular employee pickups and drops.
- Over all in charge of Daily operations for Transport
- Manage the transport team
- Vendor management from operational perspective
- Regular interaction with the employees through formal and informal meetings for improvement in transport services and handle employee escalations
- Adherence to SLA's by vendor including statutory and non-statutory compliance
- Ensure Vendor / Operational and Management reports are submitted and shared on daily basis
- Provide leadership to the C&W Transport team and ensure deliverables as per the SOW & scorecard as part of the agreement between Adobe and C&W.
- Ensure effective implementation of Transport processes and systems and document processes where not in place.
- Identify checks & alterations in the Transport system and highlight improvement areas.
- Work closely with Security team to ensure Safety checks and standards as per SOW defined in the agreement.
- Represent Transport team for meetings with business on Transport issues
- Transport helpdesk management to be implemented, tracked & reported
- Achieve agreed SLA's as per agreement with vendors
- Preparing & sharing monthly Transport MIS and ensuring its accuracy
- Ensure timely invoice generation, accuracy in checking & release of
- vendor payments as per agreed terms.
- Al vendor agreements to be in place.
- Meet and exceed all baseline targets highlighted below:
- Ensure 95% vehicle compliance
- Conducting ESAT surveys every six months & ensuring ESAT score of 75%
- OTA percentage to be at 92% as mentioned in the Exhibit 1 of agreement (score card)
- Cab utilization & occupancy as per agreed targets
- To achieve transport cost per person as per agreed targets
- Identify & report efficiencies for shuttle services
- Drive effective issue/query resolution process - 10% less from previous year
- MMR on Transport to be shared with C&W KAM and Adobe team for Noida & Bangalore
- Other key management attributes & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as specified by Key Account Manager.
