Job Responsibilities :
- Direct Sales.
- Qualifying leads and turning it into prospects.
- Making presentations and conducting sales call to facilitate closure of sale.
- Help clients to take the right decision through comparative competition analysis.
- Working in close coordination with the CRM, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Legal and Projects Departments respectively to get the desired deliverable.
- Identify, recruit and on-board new depth channel partners.
- Generate revenue through various means of real estate sales operations.
- coordinate with internal team, corporate and channel partners for lead generation.
