The ideal candidate shouldhave a background in Corporate Secretaryship or relevant experience in a similar role. This roleinvolves managing the doctor's schedule, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-dayoperations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the doctor's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and other
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, handling inquiries and requests
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the doctor.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Maintain and organize the doctor's files, records, and confidential information.
- Act as a liaison between the doctor and other staff members, patients, and external stakeholders.
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic.
- A degree in Corporate Secretaryship or relevant field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
- Salary Bandwidth: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 INR (based on experience and qualifications).
- The possibility of a higher salary (up to ₹40,000 INR) based on interview performance.
