Location: Render - Chosen Clinic, Chennai

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Range: 0.6 - 1 year

Salary Bandwidth: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 INR

Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support one of our doctors in their daily activities.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide

administrative support to one of our doctors at Render - Chosen Clinic. The ideal candidate should

have a background in Corporate Secretaryship or relevant experience in a similar role. This role

involves managing the doctor's schedule, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day

operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the doctor's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and other

commitments.

  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, handling inquiries and requests

as appropriate.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the doctor.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain and organize the doctor's files, records, and confidential information.
  • Act as a liaison between the doctor and other staff members, patients, and external stakeholders.
  • Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Corporate Secretaryship or relevant field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Bandwidth: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 INR (based on experience and qualifications).
