We are looking for a vivid and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. By creating a supportive work environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and diversity.
As an HR Executive, he/she would be responsible for aligning the HR Recruitment and practices with the vision and mission of the organization, and ensuring that the HR function delivers value to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality.
- Identifying areas of improvement and best practices for HR functions.
- Identify and reach out to possible applicants through various sourcing methods and channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other avenues. Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, and provide feedback and guidance throughout the process.
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of candidates and hiring activities in the HRIS and other databases.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, as well as the company's policies and goals
Qualification
- MMS HR/MBA/Post graduation degree in Human Resources
Desired profile of the candidate
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Recruitment/ Onboarding or a similar role in a mid-sized organization.
- Strong Recruitment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, people skills, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- A passion for HR Talent Acquisition and a curiosity to learn new things and explore new possibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
- Experience working with any HRIS tool would be preferred.
- Working on Process Digitalization experience would be more beneficial.
