Job Title: Executive PO Creator

Purpose of job:
  • Perform PO Creation for globe in adherence to P2P process in SAP as per agreed SLA.
  • Providing timely, accurate and reliable accounting support for creation of PO as per agreed SLA.
  • Contribute to the resolution of assigned regional/functional processing requests and incidents relating to PO Creation activities.

Role context:
  • Processing service requests for PR to PO assisting in improving efficiency of operations and to meet the agreed service levels.

Main opportunities/challenges for this role
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
  • Perform PO creation activities using the requests received on Sharepoint/ Email/Portal etc. received from countries.
  • Create POs as per the provided duly authorized & approved requests.
  • Do the sense check of request forms before creating POs.
  • Submit POs for further review & subsequent approval.
  • Accurate verification and input of SAP transactions in timely basis in compliance with established standards.
  • Provide input to process improvement opportunity identification and analysis.
  • Support Process SMEs and Team Lead with data/ information whenever required.

Role specific knowledge and experience
  • Basic experience in process handling related to specific responsible areas and capable ofdelivery as per agreed service levels.
  • Financial accounting skills including book-keeping.
  • PO Process management skills.
  • SAP system skills
  • Communication Skills

Essential – Finance Graduate/ Post Graduate
